Aoife Crowley is a visual artist based out of Dublin, Ireland. She studied History in university, and spent the majority of her career so far in the tech industry. Throughout that time, she maintained a personal practice and for the past year she has worked as a full time artist.
She prefers to think of herself as community-taught rather than self-taught, as she has learnt from a variety of people and places. She studied at home between zoom calls and school runs, and took courses in East Coast Art Studios and Lavender Hill Art Studios.
Currently, her work explores themes related to grief and loss, ritual, self image, place, and technology.
